Breakfast:


Avocado toast with homemade everything bagel seasoning contains: Iron, magnesium, potassium Ingredients: Ezekiel bread (or other clean and fortified bread) Avocado Lime Turmeric Black pepper Everything bagel seasoning  Chia seeds Directions: Toast bread. Mash the avocado, turmeric, black pepper and lime together and spread on top of toast. Sprinkle with the seasoning and chia seeds. To make your own everything bagel seasoning; combine in a dish, chia seeds, poppy seeds, toasted sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion bits or powder, salt and pepper. 



Lunch:



Soup with: turkey, kale, and brown rice contains: calcium, iron, magnesium, and manganese. www.foodnetwork.com

Dinner:

Salad with: lentils, kale and broccoli contains: calcium, iron, magnesium, for potassium add tomatoes. runningonrealfood.com


Dessert:

PB banana ice cream contains: potassium, magnesium, iron, copper and manganese 2 frozen bananas 1/4  cup almond milk 1/4 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice 2 tbs cocoa powder (not processed with alkali) 1-2 tbs optional sweetener like maple syrup or honey  Directions: Blend all together in a high speed blender. Enjoy immediately as a soft serve or put in freezer proof container and freeze for 1 hour.
