My suggestion is to follow these steps:
Play music you love or nature sounds or silence.
Dance or move thoughtfully.
Sit or lay in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes or gaze softly at nothing.
See what thoughts arise. Do not be happy or mad at these thoughts. Just witness them. Alternately if you had a question weighing on your heart, see if you get clear on what you should do from this place within. If you don't the first time, that's okay. Try this again tomorrow.
